    I’m not long back from an amazing weekend retreat with Women & Wild in the Yorkshire Dales! What a fabulous, relaxing and recharging weekend. The weekend was so meticulously organised by Kate, there really wasn’t a stone unturned from the moment we arrived until when we left. Not only was the food, accommodation, hike, journalling all incredible, I met some wonderful other women too. The mum battery was nicely recharged!

  • Not at all. Many people who come to Women & Wild are completely new to therapy or coaching. These sessions are designed to meet you exactly where you are, no prior experience needed, just an openness to explore. Not at all.   • Great question. Therapy often focuses on healing, emotions and understanding your patterns, while coaching is more about forward momentum, mindset shifts and practical action. We can talk through what’s best for you and sometimes a blend of both works beautifully.

  • Yes! Most 1:1 therapy and coaching sessions are available online via Zoom and workshops and online courses can be accessed from anywhere. Walk & Talks and coaching days happen in person in Worcestershire/Oxfordshire.

  • That’s completely normal. Start by booking a free coffee chat. It’s a relaxed, no pressure call where we can figure out what kind of support might feel most helpful right now.

  • We love being outdoors, but it’s really about what makes you feel most at ease. Sessions can take place in nature, at a local park or even strolling through town and if you prefer a cosy chat in a café, that’s absolutely an option too. If the weather isn’t playing ball, we can reschedule or embrace the elements! It’s all about what works for you.

  • Absolutely. Many women move between therapy, coaching and retreats depending on what they need at different times. Women & Wild is designed to support your whole journey, not just one part of it.
